Registration for the Twin Cities metro area's best valued adventure run is open! Come out and get chased by zombies, goblins, ghouls, and maybe some scary monsters, too! When you're done running through the course stick around for the costume contest, live music, and free admission to Nightmare Hallow-Scream Park, which includes a free ticket for the Haunted Hay Ride; it really is one of the coolest events in the metro area. This is a very family friendly event.
There's plenty of action on the race course, and then once the sun goes down you can overcome your fear of the dark with your friends as you embark on a ride through the same area. This time you might not see what's coming at you. Keep your eyes on the swamp... We've been told stories about apparitions and ghosts coming from that swamp by the groundskeepers. And, if you're lucky, there will be a spot available for the best Zombie Hunt in the state. We've heard there are more zombies and new scenes for you to test your hunting prowess.
Race check in will start at 4 p.m. The Haunted Hay Run 5k will start at 5:15 p.m. And the Haunted Mile will start at 5:40 p.m. All the Nightmare Hallow-Scream Park festivities begin at 7 p.m.
Don't forget to wear you best costume. We will be having another costume contest this year.
